Ranchi – Two youths were killed in separate incidents by stoning in Ranchi’s Chutia and Kotwali police station areas.
The first incident occurred near Banas pond in the Chutia police station area, where the body of a youth named Deepak was found on Saturday morning. Police suspect the murder was linked to a dispute during drug abuse. Upon receiving the information, police arrived at the scene, began an investigation, and informed the family. The body was sent to RIMS for a post-mortem, and police are examining nearby CCTV footage for clues.
The second incident took place in the Kotwali police station area near Kishoreganj Chowk, where another youth was killed by stoning. Police have taken both bodies into custody, sent them for post-mortem, and are continuing their investigation into the cases.
