Nitin Nabin took charge as the new National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party at the party’s central office in New Delhi. With this, he created history by becoming the youngest leader to hold this post in BJP. The occasion was marked by the presence of senior party leaders and a positive atmosphere at the party headquarters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former BJP National President JP Nadda, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, and several other senior leaders congratulated Nitin Nabin and wished him success in his new role.

Politics Is Service, Not Power: Nitin Nabin

In his first address after assuming office, Nitin Nabin spoke in simple but strong words about the BJP’s ideology. He said that the BJP is not a party that looks at politics as a way to enjoy power. Instead, it sees politics as a path of service, sacrifice, and responsibility. He said, we belong to a political party where politics is not about power, but about dedication. Politics is not enjoyment, but sacrifice. Politics is not luxury, but penance. Politics is not just a position, but a big responsibility. Addressing the present generation, he said that today’s youth must be ready to do their share of hard work, sacrifice, and struggle. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech, Nitin Nabin reminded that PM Modi had urged young people to take part in public life.

Nitin Nabin Praises PM Modi

While speaking, Nitin Nabin openly praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and described him as his inspiration. He said that he has always seen PM Modi deeply committed to serving the nation. Sharing a personal experience, he recalled an event in Anand, Gujarat. He said that after the program, PM Modi explained to him that a person becomes truly great only when he connects with the feelings and emotions of the people. He also expressed gratitude to the party’s senior leadership and said, Our top leaders, who worked hard to expand the BJP, have given an ordinary worker like me the opportunity to reach the highest position in the party.

PM Modi’s Address to Party Workers

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the gathering. He said that service to the people has always been the BJP’s top priority. We have never treated power as a source of comfort. We have always treated it as a medium of service. That is why the people’s trust in the BJP has continuously grown, PM Modi said. Talking about the achievements of the last 11 years, the Prime Minister said that during this period, the BJP formed governments on its own for the first time in states like Haryana, Assam, Tripura, and Odisha. He added that in West Bengal and Telangana, the BJP has emerged as a strong and clear voice of the people. PM Modi also spoke about the future of the country. He said that the first 25 years of the 21st century have already passed and the next 25 years are extremely important.
