On the occasion of Republic Day, Chief Minister Hemant Soren visited the historic residence of Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar in London. During his visit, he paid tribute to Baba Saheb and remembered his significant contributions. The Chief Minister described the visit as an emotional, inspiring, and memorable moment in his life. Hemant Soren said that Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, used his vision and foresight to build a strong democracy in India. He added that Baba Saheb’s ideas played a vital role in keeping a diverse country like India united. His dream was to create a society where everyone enjoys equality, respect, and justice.

Chief Minister further said that Baba Saheb not only gave India a Constitution but also ensured that every citizen has the right to live with dignity and self-respect. His ideas continue to serve as a strong foundation for social justice, equality, and democratic values, guiding generations even today. During the visit, Hemant Soren also wrote his thoughts and message in the guest book at Baba Saheb’s residence. He expressed his commitment to following Baba Saheb’s ideals in his personal life and in governance. Chief Minister was accompanied by his wife, Kalpana Murmu Soren, Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar, and officials from the Ambedkar Museum.
