New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the much-awaited results of class 12 board exams. An astonishing 87.98% of students have passed this year’s examinations, marking another year of commendable performance.
Around 39 lakh students have appeared in the 10th and 12th board exams combined, hence the CBSE results are being eagerly awaited. All results are now available to check on the official website of CBSE Board, cbse.gov.in.
A notable trend this year is that the performance of female students has improved significantly and they have outperformed their male counterparts by a remarkable 6.40%. Here are the details of passing percentage:
Passing percentage of girls: 91.52%
Pass percentage of boys: 85.12%
Passing percentage of transgender students: 50.00%
