The newly appointed state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Aditya Sahu, will formally take charge on January 23rd, on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami. To mark the occasion, a puja and havan (religious ceremony) has been organized at the BJP state office. The program will be attended by Karmveer Singh, the BJP state general secretary (organization), along with senior state leaders, office bearers, and a large number of party workers. Party leaders said that Aditya Sahu’s assumption of office will be conducted in a traditional and auspicious manner. Welcome and Felicitation Programs in Five DistrictsBJP state vice-president and in-charge of the Santhal Pargana division, Balmukund Sahay, said that on January 24th and 25th, welcome and felicitation programs will be organized in five districts of the state to honor state president and MP, Aditya Sahu. On January 24th, Aditya Sahu will start his journey from his residence. He will travel through Ramgarh and Hazaribagh to reach Dumri. At 12:30 PM, a welcome ceremony will be held for him by the Giridih District BJP Committee. Later, at 3:30 PM, BJP workers of Deoghar district will host a welcome program at Narendra Bhawan, Jasidih.
