3 killed in accident on Chakai-Deoghar main road

Deoghar: A horrific road accident on the Chakai-Deoghar main road under Chandramandih police station area created a sensation, resulting in the tragic death of three people. The incident took place early in the morning, when an uncontrolled car went off the road and turned over badly. The car, which was reportedly moving at a speed of 110, hit a boundary wall and then toppled thrice, leading to a scene of devastation.

Rescue launched with the help of machines like JCB and gas cutters, while emergency response teams struggled to retrieve the bodies trapped inside the car. The collision was so severe that the car was blown into pieces, leading to a horrific scene. All the three victims, residents of Patna’s Gardanibagh area, were tragically killed in this horrific accident.

On receiving the news, officials of the Chandramandih police station swung into action immediately, extricated the victims and rushed them to the Chakai Referral Hospital. Despite the best efforts of medical personnel, doctors declared all the three occupants of the vehicle dead on arrival. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem as part of the investigation process. The deceased have been identified as Gorelal Yadav, a resident of Goriya Tola in Patna, Aman Kumar from Nawada and Santosh Kumar Yadav. According to initial reports, the trio were on their way from Patna to Deoghar when the incident occurred, leaving the entire community in shock. Eyewitnesses recalling the horrific scene said that a loud sound of the collision reverberated across the area, which was initially mistaken for a bomb blast.
